Bridges To Hope Food Aid Centre and Community Kitchen

Bridges To Hope is committed to reducing the effects of poverty on individuals and families in our community. Our programming offers help to those who for a variety of life circumstances need a hand up to move forward in life. Our clients come to us from throughout the Northeast Avalon. They are your neighbours, co-workers, friends — they are part of your community and sometimes they need help to make ends meet.

Sponsor a Healthy Food Hamper for an individual or a family in your community.

Bridges To Hope provides healthy food hampers containing fresh fruit and vegetables, soups, stews, homemade bread, milk and other essential food items to families and individuals in our community. In 2016 Bridges To Hope served 9,200 people. You can help us, help others, by donating money to Bridges for the purchase of food, or organizing a food drive and collecting essential food items.
