Our Commitment

Bridges To Hope is dedicated to reducing the effects of poverty on individuals and families in our community.

Our programming offers help to those who for a variety of life circumstances need a hand up to move forward in life. Our clients come to us from throughout the Northeast Avalon. They are your neighbours, co-workers, friends — they are part of your community and sometimes they need help to make ends meet.

Bridges To Hope  is embarking on a significant fundraising campaign to help fund three important initiatives:  a new Community Food Pantry, a new approach to accessing and providing healthy safe food to those in need and a health and wellness education program focused on diet and nutrition.
